I've heard in the past that it was, but our instructor was absolutely horrible. He read directly out of the book we did, word for word. He could barely answer any questions that weren't directly answered in the book. I didn't wait around for the second instructor though. I was one of the last few that kept around and buy the 3rd class there was only about four of us left. The course was not useful for me at all.
