		<description>The Miami river still has not changed too much.  Still makes everything smell when you get out of it.

On the '90 jet ski, we changed out the starter with a new one.  Once we pulled the old starter off, we were able to tell that it was bad.  Put everything back together and tried to start it with no luck.  Think the situatino at that time was the battery was low and only had about an hour charge.  I'll make it over this week to try to see if we can get it running with a full battery.</description>
